By submitting your commission, you are agree to our terms of service.
GENERAL
1. Zhielogy accept any kind of illustration and live2D model within the limitation of the artist's personal ability. Please consult with us before proposing any kind of commission.2. Zhielogy do not accept any request related to NFT.3. Zhielogy do not accept any request with hostile intention to any other party.4. Zhielogy has the rights to change your position in waiting list/WIP list based on priority.PAYMENTS
1. For every commission, deposit is required to place your booking. The rest of payment will due before your model/illustration being delivered.2. Filing a refund when your work is done and sent will forfeit your rights to the work, and your model will be recycled. You will be banned from any future commission and your name will be publicly shared.REVISIONS
1. Revision is allowed under circumstances as follow:
a. During early sketch and design on drawing step, with no limitation for revision;
b. After Live2D model (if Live2D art in the order) finished, or Illustration is finished, with limitation to 1 (one) revision;
c. After Live2D model rigging finished; with limitation to 1 (one) revision.DEADLINE AND DELIVERY
1. Live2D model drawing process may take approx. 1 month, include:
a. model research and study;
b. sketch and design;
c. finalize (redrawing, outlining, rendering);
d. parting (separating model parts for rigging).2. Illustration drawing may take approx. 2-3 weeks, include:
a. model research and study;
b. sketch and design;
c. finalize (redrawing, outlining, rendering).3. Live2D model rigging may take approx. 1-2 weeks.4. Any deadlines put for the commission will put your commission under priority.USE
1. Any Live2D model commissioned to Zhielogy will have rights of commercial use specified for:
a. Broadcasting/livestreaming;
b. Content creation material, such as VoD, Shorts, etc.;
c. Advertising material, such as standee, banner, poster, etc.;
d. Reference for any other non-commercial properties and commercial use properties, such as merchandise, art commission, etc.2. Any Illustration commissioned to Zhielogy will have rights of commercial use specified for:
a. Personal branding use, such as display picture and banner on social media etc. with a proper credit;
b. Broadcasting/livestreaming material;
c. Music video (MV) material;
d. Merchandise.3. Unless there's an agreement or specified above, you may not sell any illustration to any other party, both digital copy and physical copy.INTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1. Copyrights of all property from commission belongs to Zhielogy.
2. Ownership of all property belongs to requester of commission.
3. Requester can have full copyrights over the product with NDA (if necessary) and additional fee, subject to be discussed.REFUNDS
1. Any work or product from Zhielogy may be refunded.2. Any work or product that is refunded must fulfill any of the following conditions:
a. work or product has not been started;
b. work or product has not been finished due to deadline;
c. work or product that have been confirmed "cannot be continued" for any reason.3. Deposit will not be refunded, any other excessive outside deposit will be refunded.COMMUNICATION
